Requesting a Refund
Thank you for purchasing RiVE.
As a new start-up, RiVE does not offer refunds for any RiVE purchases. Only RiVE physical device purchases are eligible for an exchange. No app subscriptions can be refunded, but subscriptions can be changed or canceled at any time, and, if applicable, credits will be applied to your account automatically.
There are some occasions where RiVE will provide a free exchange for hardware devices, and only for purchases that were made directly from RiVE’s website. If a RiVE device that you purchased is malfunctioning or not working as expected, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Units that are malfunctioning independently from any external damage may be entitled to an exchange.
Please submit an email inquiry and we will reply within 24-48 business hours with additional instructions about how to proceed with your particular issue. Please be aware that RiVE devices are only subject to free exchanges under 30 days from receipt of the devices.
RiVE reserves the right to inspect and evaluate the conditions of any returned devices and determine if a particular purchase is subject to a free exchange.
